Domestic Shipping Only
We currently provide shipping services within the United States only.
Processing Time
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST, excluding holidays.
Orders are typically processed during our normal hours of operation within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate U.S. shipping for a smooth and transparent checkout experience, with rates displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Beauty Delivery Protection
For added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to help protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. KARDEMÉ BEAUTY is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you purchased the Shipping Protection, please contact us for assistance with your claim.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email and can also be viewed anytime through your customer account or by visiting our Order Status page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
