Eligible Return Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Returned within thirty (30) days of delivery

  • Free from signs of use, alteration, or damage

  • Received incorrectly or damaged upon arrival

  • Affected by a lost shipment issue covered within our policy terms

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.
