ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed during our normal hours of operation within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email or notification. You can also check your order anytime through your account or our Order Status page.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions within the contiguous U.S. through special promotions or on qualifying orders that meet the required purchase amount.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or events outside our control. Orders purchased with Shipping Protection may qualify for claim assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What items are eligible for return?
Returnable items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items are also non-returnable. Click here for more information.
Can I return opened beauty products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.
