Shipping Protection Terms & Conditions

Shipping Protection is an optional service available at checkout that helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

By purchasing Shipping Protection, you agree to the following terms:

  • Coverage applies only to orders where Shipping Protection was purchased at checkout.
  • Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier may require additional verification before approval.
  • Damaged items must include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • Approved claims may be replaced, refunded, or issued as store credit at our discretion.
  • Shipping Protection does not cover delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages returned due to failed delivery attempts.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside of the coverage terms.
  • Claims submitted without sufficient supporting information may experience delays or denial.
  • Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
