Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST, excluding holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are fixed at flat-rate pricing and shown before order completion.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

For added peace of mind, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to help protect your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Terms & Conditions apply.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. KARDEME BEAUTY is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you purchased Shipping Protection, please click here on instructions on how to submit a claim.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, we highly recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email and/or text (if opted-in). Shipping details can also be viewed anytime through your customer account or by visiting our Order Status page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
